How to Export a List of Your Customers
Exporting your customer list allows you to download your full customer database, including account details and balances, in a CSV file for reporting, analysis, or marketing purposes.
Before You Start
Make sure you have access to the Facilipay Business Portal and that you are logged in with the correct permissions to view and export customer data.
Step-by-Step: Export Your Customer List
Follow these steps to export your customer list from the Facilipay Business Portal:
1. Sign In to the Business Portal
Go to the Facilipay Business Portal and log in with your business credentials.
2. Go to the Customers Section
From the top navigation bar, click Customers to view your full customer database.
3. Click Export
In the top-right corner of the customer list screen, select Export.
4. Download the File
Once the export is processed, the CSV file will download automatically to your device.
5. Open and Review
Open the downloaded file in a spreadsheet application (such as Excel or Google Sheets) to view your customer information, including names, emails, account status, balances, and other account data.
What’s Included in the Export
Your exported customer list typically contains:
-
Customer names
-
Email addresses
-
Account balance and credit information
-
Any linked account identifiers
-
Other customer-specific details stored in the Facilipay database
You can filter, sort, or analyse this data in your spreadsheet tool as needed.
Tips and Best Practices
-
Use Filters Before Exporting — If you only need specific customer segments (e.g. active accounts, high-value balances), apply filters in your portal before exporting.
-
Save or Secure the Data — Customer export files contain personal information. Store and handle them according to your privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
-
Regular Backups — Exporting your customer database regularly can help with reconciliation, backups, and offline analysis.

If you do not see the Export option:
-
Confirm you are in the Customers section of the Facilipay portal.
