Find Your Gift Card Liability Report

Merchants can view their Gift Card Liability Report from the Facilipay Business Portal. This report shows the total outstanding value of gift cards that have been sold but not yet redeemed, which is typically required for financial reconciliation or VAT reporting.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Hover over Reports in the navigation menu.

  3. Click Gift Cards.

  4. The Gift Card reports page will load, showing an overview of gift card activity for the current month along with lifetime statistics such as Outstanding Liability and Expired vouchers.

  5. Adjust the date range filter if you want to view liabilities for a specific reporting period.

This report represents the total value of physical and digital gift cards currently in circulation for your business.

Additional Report Sections

Within the Gift Cards reporting page you will also find additional data:

  • Vouchers Issued – a list of all vouchers sold by the business.

  • Monetary Vouchers – a breakdown of non-revenue voucher activity showing cards sold and redeemed during the selected period.

You can also export the report to Excel or CSV if you need a record of gift card activity for accounting or reconciliation purposes.
