Finding Your Devices in Your Facilipay Dashboard

Knowing the devices information used in your business can greatly assist in book keeping and reporting issues to us for resolution.

Step 1: Log in to the dashboard

  1. Log in to your Facilipay Dashboard

Step 2: Open branch settings

  1. Click My Business
  2. Select Branches

Step 3: Select a branch

  1. Click the three dots next to the branch
  2. Select Details

Step 4: View devices

  1. Click Devices (top menu)

Step 5: Review device information

  1. View the list of devices associated with the branch, including:
    • Terminal ID (useful for reporting and troubleshooting)
    • App Name
    • Device Model / Name
    • Serial Number
    • Date Added

Result

You can view all devices linked to the selected branch and their key details.
