Finding Your Payment Card for Your LoyLap Invoices

Keep up to date with your billing by ensuring the right details are registered for payments

Step 1: Open billing settings

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click your name (top right)
  3. Select Billing from the dropdown

Step 2: Review billing details

  1. View your:
    • Current plan
    • Payment method

Step 3: Update payment method

  1. Click Change next to your payment method
  2. Enter your new card details
  3. Save the changes

Result

Your billing details are updated, and your new payment method will be used for future charges.
