How to Capture Customer Details on Your Smartphone App
Locate and view a customer's account details on your smartphone using the Facilipay Merchant App. This lets you apply loyalty rewards, gift transactions, or review account information on the move.
Before You Begin
- You must have the Facilipay Merchant App installed on your device.
- Have at least one piece of customer information available (account number, name, email, or QR code).
Step-by-Step: Locate a Customer Account
Open the App
Open the Facilipay Merchant App on your device.Choose a Search Method
- Search by ID, Name, or Email
- Enter the customer's ID, name, or email address.
- Alternatively, use the toggle to search using the account number.
- Select the correct customer from the search results.
- Scan QR Code
- Open the QR scanner inside the app.
- Position the customer's QR code within the camera frame.
- Wait for the app to recognise the code and load the account.
- Search by ID, Name, or Email
View Customer Details
Once located, the customer account screen displays:- Customer name
- Account balance

From the customer details screen you can apply loyalty rewards, redeem credit, gift transactions, or review the customer's account information.
