How to Change Your Plan in Facilipay

You can upgrade or downgrade your Facilipay subscription plan at any time from within the Facilipay Business Portal. This lets you choose the features and pricing that best match your business needs.

Before You Begin

✔ You must have access to the Facilipay Business Portal.
✔ You must be logged in with a user account that has billing permissions.


Step-by-Step: Change Your Plan

1. Log In to the Business Portal

Sign in to the Facilipay Business Portal at your business dashboard.

2. Go to Billing

Click the profile/avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the account menu.
Select Billing from the dropdown.

3. Open Change Plan

On the Billing page, you’ll see details about your current plan and associated cost.
Click Change Plan to view the available plan options.

4. Select a New Plan

A list of available plans — including pricing and features — will be displayed.
Find the plan you want and click Select to choose it.

5. Confirm Your Change

Once selected, your new plan will take effect immediately in the system.
The pricing difference will be reflected on your next invoice.


Important Notes

  • Immediate Effect: Your new plan takes effect as soon as you select it.

  • Billing Update: Any change in cost will be reflected from your next billing cycle or invoice.

  • Support: If you have questions about selecting the right plan, contact Facilipay Support via the support channel in your portal or email.
