How to Create a Promo Code Campaign
Use Promo Code campaigns to create redeemable codes that customers can enter at checkout. Choose the reward, set the campaign dates, define redemption limits and eligibility rules, then distribute the codes to your customers.
Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged in to the Facilipay Dashboard with administrator access
- Decide:
- The reward you want to offer
- Any campaign limits (optional)
- The promo code customers will use
Step 1: Start a new campaign
- Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
- Click Create (top right)
- Select Campaigns Alternatively:
- Go to Engagement → Campaigns
- Click Create
Step 2: Choose the campaign type
- Select Promo Code from the quick setup options
Step 3: Enter campaign details
Under the Overview tab, complete the following fields:
- Name – The campaign name displayed to customers
- Description – A brief explanation of the offer
- Terms and Conditions – Any rules or restrictions that apply
- Promo Code – The code customers will enter at checkout
Note: These details are customer-facing and can be updated before or after the campaign is published.
Step 4: Configure the schedule and limits (optional)
- Set a campaign schedule if required
- Leave the schedule blank if you want the campaign to run indefinitely
- Configure any usage limits, if applicable
- Click Next
Step 5: Set the reward
Choose the reward you want to offer:
- Discount Sale
- Apply a fixed amount or percentage discount when customers spend over a specified amount
- Discount Product / Category
- Apply a discount to selected products or categories
Step 6: Configure notifications (optional)
Step 7: Review and publish
- Review all campaign details
- Click Publish to make the campaign live
Result
Your promo code campaign is now active. Customers can enter the promo code during checkout to receive the configured reward.

- Your website
- Social media
- Email campaigns
- Other marketing channels

- Choose a simple, memorable promo code that's easy for customers to enter.
- Set redemption limits to help control campaign costs.
- Use push notifications and social media to increase campaign visibility.
- Regularly monitor campaign performance from the Campaign Statistics page to measure engagement and redemption rates.
