How to Create Your Facilipay Gift Card Account from Clover POS

You can start your Facilipay Gift Card program directly from your Clover POS device by installing the Facilipay Gift Cards app. This streamlined process links your POS with your Facilipay Business Portal so you can begin selling and redeeming gift cards in-store and online.

Setting up your gift card account from the Clover POS ensures the device IDs and integration details are linked correctly from the start. This helps avoid configuration issues later and makes onboarding smoother.


Step-by-Step: Create Your Gift Card Account

1. Open Clover and Go to Apps

From the Clover home screen:

  1. Tap More Tools or App Market.

  2. In the search bar, type Gift Cards to find the Facilipay Gift Cards app.


2. Install the Gift Cards App

  1. Locate the Facilipay Gift Cards app in the search results.

  2. Tap Connect or Install.

  3. Confirm if prompted — the app will begin downloading to your device.


3. Open the App

After installation completes:

  1. Tap Open (often shown in the top right).

  2. The Gift Cards app will launch for setup.


4. Enter Your Email

Inside the Gift Cards app:

  1. You’ll be prompted to enter the business email address you want associated with your Facilipay account.

  2. Enter a valid email — this will be used to create and access your Facilipay Business Portal.

This step starts the account creation and links your Clover device to your Facilipay account. An email is then sent to your inbox to continue the process in the Facilipay Business Portal.


5. Complete Setup via Email

  1. Open the verification email sent by Facilipay.

  2. Follow the link to complete your business onboarding in the web-based Facilipay Portal.

  3. Fill in your business details, payment setup, and any required settings to finish the gift card configuration.

If needed, follow the standard onboarding process to finish your account creation.


What Happens Next

  • Once onboarding is complete, your Facilipay Gift Card account will be active.

  • You can start issuing, selling, and redeeming gift cards from your Clover POS.

  • Your Business Portal will allow you to manage designs, inventories, reporting, and online sales.
