How to Download a Previously Issued Experience Voucher

If a customer has lost or misplaced an experience voucher that was previously issued, you can download a copy of the voucher from the Facilipay Business Portal and re-issue it to them.

Before You Begin

✔ You must be logged into the Facilipay Business Portal with access to Reporting.
✔ You should have enough information to identify the voucher — typically the purchase date and time.


Step-by-Step: Download a Previously Issued Voucher

1. Log In to the Business Portal

Open your web browser and sign in to the Facilipay Business Portal using your business credentials.


2. Go to Reporting → Orders

In the left-side menu, click Reporting, then select Orders.
This screen shows all recent orders, including experience vouchers that have been issued.


3. Find the Voucher Order

Use the information you have — such as date, time, and order details — to locate the specific order that contains the experience voucher you want to re-issue.


4. Open the Order Details

Click the order line to open the order details. A dialogue box or side panel will open showing the specifics of the order.


5. Download the Voucher

Inside the order details, click the Download button next to the experience voucher.
This action will save the voucher as a PDF file that you can email, print, or otherwise provide to the customer.


Tips & Best Practices

  • Use Order Filters: If you have many orders, use date filters or search by customer email to locate the correct voucher more quickly.

  • Provide Clear Instructions: After downloading, consider emailing the voucher with a short explanation so the customer understands how to use it.

  • Keep a Backup Copy: Save a copy of the downloaded voucher in your records in case the customer needs it again later.


What Happens Next

Once you download and share the PDF voucher:

  • The customer can use it just like the original voucher for booking experiences or redeeming the service.

  • If you need to resend it again, you can repeat these steps or use your backup email inbox (if configured) to locate and resend vouchers automatically.
