How to Download and Attach a Voucher as a PDF

Downloading vouchers can be useful if you have a customer that doesn't seem to be receiving system generated emails so this can be issued via an external means.

How can a voucher be attached to an email?

You can download the voucher as a PDF from the Orders section and attach it to an external email. If needed, the voucher can also be re-issued from the Orders section.

How do I download the voucher as a PDF?
  1. Open the Orders section.
  2. Find the voucher from the orders listed
  3. Select the green button to download the voucher as a PDF. (Reduce the zoom level in your browser if the action buttons are not fully visible)
  4. Attach the downloaded PDF to your email.
Can the voucher be re-issued?

Yes. The voucher can be re-issued from the Orders section.

Troubleshooting
  • If the buttons are difficult to see, reduce your browser zoom.
  • If you need to send the voucher outside the platform, download it as a PDF first and then attach it to your email.
