How to Reorder My Branded Cards
If your business has previously ordered branded physical cards (such as gift cards or membership cards) through Facilipay, you can easily place a repeat order using your saved designs in your account.
Before You Begin
✔ You must be logged in to your Facilipay dashboard (business account).
✔ Your previous card design must have been saved from a prior order. If you don’t see saved designs, you may need to contact support.
Step-by-Step: Reorder Your Branded Cards
1. Sign In to the Business Dashboard
Open your browser, go to the Facilipay Business Portal, and sign in with your credentials.
2. Go to Settings → Gift Cards

In the left navigation, click Settings.

Then click Gift Cards.

You’ll be taken to the Gift Card ordering section where your previously uploaded or approved designs are displayed.
3. Choose the Design to Reorder

Scroll through your saved designs and select the one you want to reorder.

If no designs are visible, it means none are saved for your account — contact Facilipay Support for assistance.
4. Configure Your Order
Once you select a design, configure your card order:
Select Card Type
Choose the type of physical card you want (e.g., PVC standard gift card).
Choose Quantity
Pick the number of cards you want printed (e.g., 100, 500, etc.).
Quantities typically range from 100 to 10,000 cards.
Select Delivery Time
Choose a delivery timescale (for example: 5, 10, or 15 days) — this affects the cost and when you’ll receive the cards.
The displayed price will update based on the card type, quantity, and delivery option you choose.
5. Add to Cart and Review

After configuring the order options, click Add to cart.

Review the order summary, including the price and delivery estimate.
6. Proceed to Checkout
When you’re ready:

Confirm the billing and shipping addresses (these are auto-populated based on your account settings).

Choose your payment method (e.g., card or direct debit).

Click Pay now or equivalent to place the reorder.
What Happens Next

Your new card order will be processed and printed by Facilipay’s production team.

You should receive a delivery estimate based on your chosen timescale.

Troubleshooting Tips

No Designs Displayed:
If your saved designs don’t appear in the Gift Cards section, it may be because the design was never saved or your account permissions don’t allow access. Contact Support for help. -

If you need to update your artwork or branding before reordering, you may need to upload a new design and have it approved before placing an order. Support can guide you through this.
