How to Run a Transaction Report on Bundle Sales Within a Period

You can generate a report to analyse sales of bundle products within a specific time period using the reporting tools in your Facilipay Business Portal. This helps you understand how well bundle offers are performing over time and export the data for deeper analysis.

What This Report Shows

A bundle sales report lets you:

  • See how many bundles sold during a selected period

  • Understand revenue performance for each bundle product

  • Export sales data for use in Excel or other analysis tools

A “bundle” is typically a grouped set of items or offers that you configure in your inventory or online ordering settings.

Step-by-Step: Generate the Bundle Sales Report

1. Log In to the Business Portal

Sign in to the Facilipay Business Portal using your administrator credentials.

2. Go to Reporting

From the portal header:

  1. Hover over Reporting (or click Reports).

  2. Select Item Sales from the dropdown.
Item Sales shows item-level data, including bundle products.

3. Set the Date Range

At the top of the Item Sales screen:

  • Choose the period you want to analyse (e.g., custom start/end dates).

  • Use built-in calendar selectors to pick your date range.
This filters the item sales data to only include transactions in that period.

4. View Bundle Sales Data

Once the date range is applied:

  • You’ll see a list of sold items with quantities and totals.

  • Look for your bundle product names in Column A (or whichever column lists item names).

  • Bundles will appear alongside other products in the sales list.

5. Export for Further Analysis

If you want to work with the data outside the portal:

  1. Click the Export button on the top right of the Item Sales screen.

  2. A CSV file will download to your computer.

  3. Open the CSV in Excel, Google Sheets, or another tool.

  4. Filter the exported sheet to show only bundle product rows for easier analysis.

Tips & Best Practices

Use consistent bundle names: Clear naming lets you identify bundle sales easily in reports.
Custom date ranges: For periods like weekends or campaign dates, use a custom date range for precision.
Combine with other reports: Consider pulling a transaction or item report for overall context — including revenue and refunds — across your business during the same period.
