How to Set a Custom Welcome Message
A custom welcome message lets you display a personalised greeting or message to customers on your online ordering ordering page (Order Ahead). This can help inform customers of special instructions, promotions, or just welcome them when they open the order screen.
Before You Begin
✔ You must be logged into the Facilipay Business Portal.
✔ You need access permissions to manage online ordering settings for your business branch.
Step-by-Step: Add or Update a Welcome Message
1. Log In to the Business Portal
Sign in to the Facilipay Business Portal with your account credentials.
2. Navigate to Your Branch
From the portal home screen:

Click My Business.

Select Branches.

Choose the branch you want to set the message for.
3. Open Ordering Settings

Under the selected branch, click Ordering Settings.

Click Edit to make changes.
4. Enter Your Welcome Message
Scroll until you see the Welcome Message box. Type the message you want customers to see when they open your online ordering page.
Tip: Keep the message clear and friendly — use it to greet customers, explain steps, highlight promotions, or guide ordering choices.
5. Save Your Changes
When you’re happy with the message, click Save. Your welcome message will now display to customers at the start of their ordering experience.

Once saved, your custom welcome message will appear on the Facilipay Order Ahead ordering page when customers first open the menu. This gives them context before they begin selecting items.
