How to Set Up Tiered Loyalty

Merchants can configure tiered loyalty rewards so customers earn higher-level rewards based on their visit frequency.

  1. On the Facilipay Dashboard, go to Engagement > Loyalty and click Edit next to your current loyalty type.

  2. Enter the number of tiers you want to enable (this works for both Credit Back and Stamp loyalty).

  3. Click Save 

     

Once enabled, customers will start earning rewards based on the tiers you’ve set.
