How to Import New Items for Self Checkout
Once you've created new products in your Clover system, import them into Facilipay Self Checkout so they're available at the kiosk. A quick synchronisation pulls in your latest inventory.
Before You Begin
- The new products must already be created in your Clover system.
- You must be logged into the Facilipay Dashboard with admin access.
Step-by-Step: Import New Items
Open Products
- Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
- Click Inventory
- Select Products
Synchronise Products
Click Synchronise (top right).Wait for Update
New items will be imported after a few moments.
What Happens After You Sync
Your product list is updated and ready for use. You can now customise products for Self Checkout.
Tips & Best Practices
Sync after every change: Run synchronisation after any inventory update in Clover.
Verify visibility: Open the Self Checkout app to confirm new items appear correctly.
