How to Import New Items for Self Checkout

Once you've created new products in your Clover system, import them into Facilipay Self Checkout so they're available at the kiosk. A quick synchronisation pulls in your latest inventory.

Before You Begin

  • The new products must already be created in your Clover system.
  • You must be logged into the Facilipay Dashboard with admin access.

Step-by-Step: Import New Items

  1. Open Products

    1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
    2. Click Inventory
    3. Select Products
  2. Synchronise Products
    Click Synchronise (top right).

  3. Wait for Update
    New items will be imported after a few moments.


What Happens After You Sync

Your product list is updated and ready for use. You can now customise products for Self Checkout.


Tips & Best Practices

  • Sync after every change: Run synchronisation after any inventory update in Clover.

  • Verify visibility: Open the Self Checkout app to confirm new items appear correctly.
