Issuing a Gift Card on Facilipay's Merchant App

Issue gift cards to customers without being tied to a POS, allowing flexibility with your business and how you can accept funds from customers

Step 1: Open and log in

  1. Open the Facilipay Merchant app
  2. Log in to your account

Step 2: Find the customer account

  1. Tap Scan to open the QR scanner

    OR

  2. Search using:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Account ID
  3. Select the correct customer account

Step 3: Add balance

  1. Tap the Gift button
  2. Enter the amount to add
  3. Tap Add

Result

The balance is successfully added to the customer’s account.

A confirmation notification will be displayed, and the transaction is complete.
