Link a Card to an Account on a PAX Device

Additional cards can be linked to an account to share the balance, allowing any card on the account to complete a transaction

Step 1: Scan the existing card

  1. Open the Facilipay app
  2. Go to Gift
  3. Scan the customer’s card

Step 2: Open account details

  1. Once the card is scanned and the balance is displayed
  2. Tap the icon in the top right (under “Gift”)

Step 3: View linked items

  1. Tap Linked Items
  2. Review all cards currently linked to the account

Step 4: Add a new card

  1. Tap Link Item
  2. Scan or tap the new card

Step 5: Confirm linking

  1. Tap Link Item to confirm

Result

The new card is successfully linked to the account and will appear in the Linked Items list.
