Linking a Gift, Loyalty, or Membership Card on your Custom Branded App

Customers can link a physical gift, loyalty, or membership card to their account in the Facilipay custom-branded app so their balance and rewards are managed in one place.

  1. Log in to the business’s Facilipay custom-branded mobile app and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Manage your cards, fobs & wearables.

  3. From this screen you can manage cards already linked to your account or choose to add a new card.

  4. When linking a new card, you can either:

    1. Scan the card’s QR code using your device camera, or

    2. Enter the card details manually.

  5. Once linked, the balance on the card will be merged with the balance in the app and displayed together in the account.
