How to Link a Gift, Loyalty, or Membership Card on Your Custom Branded App
Customers can link a physical gift, loyalty, or membership card to their account in the Facilipay custom-branded app so their balance and rewards are managed in one place.
Before You Begin
- You must have the business's Facilipay custom-branded mobile app installed.
- Have your physical card or its QR code ready before starting.
Step-by-Step: Link a Card
Open the App and Profile
Log in to the business's Facilipay custom-branded mobile app and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.Manage Your Cards
Select Manage your cards, fobs & wearables.View Linked Cards
From this screen you can manage cards already linked to your account or choose to add a new card.Add a New Card
When linking a new card, you can either:- Scan the card's QR code using your device camera, or
- Enter the card details manually.
Confirm the Link
Once linked, the balance on the card is merged with the balance in the app and displayed together in the account.
What Happens After You Link
Your gift, loyalty, or membership card balance is now visible in the app. You can use the digital app instead of carrying the physical card.
Tips & Best Practices
Scan when possible: Scanning the QR code is faster and avoids manual entry errors.
Verify the balance: After linking, check that the merged balance matches expectations.
