Load/Sell a Gift Card on a PAX Terminal

Merchants can sell and load value onto a physical gift card directly from a PAX POS device using the Facilipay Gift app.

  1. On the PAX terminal home screen, tap Gift to open the gift card menu.

  2. Enter the gift card number manually or tap the QR code icon to scan the card.

  3. Once the card is detected, enter the amount you want to load onto the gift card using the Add option.

  4. The terminal will then prompt you to take payment for the gift card purchase.

  5. After the payment is successfully processed, the gift card balance will be updated with the loaded amount.

The gift card is now active and ready for the customer to use.
