Loading Funds to a Customer Account

Using the Facilipay App

1) Open the Facilipay App

Sign in to your account within the Facilipay App.

If you have previously used the app, it will default to your last selected business. Switch businesses if required.

2) Select Add Money

From the homepage of the selected business, tap Add Money.

3) Load Funds (One-Time Top-Up)

Tap Load Funds.

Select one of the preset amounts displayed on screen.

Once confirmed, you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.

After successful payment, the funds will be added to your account balance.

4) Enable Auto Load (Optional)

From the Add Money screen, select Auto Load Funds.

Choose your preferred top-up amount and enable the toggle to activate automatic loading.

When enabled:

• Funds will automatically load when the account balance falls below €5.00.

• A linked payment card is required for Auto Load to function.

After confirming the amount, a prompt will display confirming the Auto Load settings.

Using the Online Member Portal

1) Access the Member Portal

Go to member.facilipay.io and sign in to your account.

2) Select Add Money

From the selected business page, click Add Money.

3) Load Funds (One-Time Top-Up)

Click Load Funds.

Select the desired amount and proceed to the secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.

Once payment is successful, the funds will be added to your account.

4) Enable Auto Load (Optional)

Select Auto Load Funds from the Add Money section.

Choose your preferred amount and enable the toggle to activate automatic top-ups.

When the account balance falls below €5.00, the selected amount will automatically load.

A linked payment card is required for this feature.

Result

Funds are successfully added to the account either as a one-time payment or automatically when the balance reaches the defined threshold.
