Make a Product Available for Online Ordering Only During Certain Hours

Merchants can configure products so they are only available for online ordering during specific days or times. This is useful for items such as breakfast menus, lunch specials, or weekend-only products.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Navigate to Inventory > Products.

  3. Select the product or category you want to modify.

  4. Scroll down to the availability settings for the item.

  5. Turn Always Available off (the toggle should appear grey).

  6. A weekly schedule will appear. Select the days of the week and time range when the item should be available for ordering.

  7. Ensure Available for Ordering is enabled so the product appears on the customer-facing menu.

  8. Click Save to apply the changes.

Once configured, the product will only appear in the online menu during the selected time windows.

Tip: After making changes, press Synchronise if you want the updates to appear immediately on your Clover device.
