Make Products or Categories Available for Online Ordering
Products and entire categories can be enabled or disabled for Online Ordering within the Facilipay Dashboard. This allows you to control which items are visible and purchasable online.
Resolution
Make an Individual Product Available
1) From the Facilipay Dashboard, access Products
Select Inventory, then click Products.
If no products are visible, synchronise your inventory from Clover before proceeding.
2) Select the Product
Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the product you want to update.
Click on the product to open its settings.
3) Enable Online Ordering
Tick Available for Ordering.
Click Save.
The product is now available for Online Ordering.
Make an Entire Category Available
1) From the Facilipay Dashboard, access Categories
Select Inventory, then click Categories.
2) Select the Category
Search for or scroll to locate the category you want to update.
Click on the category to open its settings.
3) Enable Online Ordering for the Category
Tick Available for Ordering.
All products within this category will now be available for Online Ordering.
Click Save.
Result
The selected product or entire category is now enabled for Online Ordering and will appear in your online store.
