Manage Customer Accounts from the Merchant Page

Merchants can view and manage customer accounts from the Facilipay Merchant Page. From this page you can search for accounts, view balances, amend balances, or issue vouchers.

  1. Go to the Facilipay Merchant Page (Virtual Terminal) and log in with your credentials.

  2. Once logged in, use the search bar to find a customer account using the account number, customer name, or email address.

  3. Select the desired account from the results list.

  4. The account page will display the account number along with any available balances.

  5. From here you can choose the available options to amend balances or issue vouchers.

  6. Enter the amount to be adjusted and review the preview showing the updated balance before completing the action.
