How to Manage Customer Accounts from the Merchant Page

View and manage customer accounts directly from the Facilipay Merchant Page. Search for accounts, view balances, amend balances, or issue vouchers — all from one place.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to the Facilipay Merchant Page (Virtual Terminal).
  • Have the customer's account number, name, or email address ready.

Step-by-Step: Manage Customer Accounts

  1. Log In to the Merchant Page
    Go to the Facilipay Merchant Page (Virtual Terminal) and log in with your credentials.

  2. Search for the Account
    Use the search bar to find a customer account using the account number, customer name, or email address.

  3. Select the Account
    Select the desired account from the results list.

  4. View Account Details
    The account page displays the account number along with any available balances.

  5. Amend Balances or Issue Vouchers
    From here you can choose the available options to amend balances or issue vouchers.

  6. Confirm the Action
    Enter the amount to be adjusted and review the preview showing the updated balance before completing the action.
