Manually Accept Online Orders on a Tablet
Merchants can manually accept or decline incoming online orders from the tablet running the online ordering app. When manual acceptance is enabled, customers will only receive confirmation once the order has been accepted on the tablet.

When a customer places an order, a New Order prompt will appear in the Online Ordering / Order Ahead app on the tablet showing the items ordered and the requested collection or delivery time.

Tap Accept Order to confirm the order. The customer will receive an email confirmation and, if a printer is connected to the tablet, the order will automatically print.

If you cannot fulfil the order, tap Decline Order. The customer will receive an email notifying them that the order has been declined.
