Member Data Request
If a Member requests a copy of the personal data you hold on them, you can access and export this information directly from your Facilipay Dashboard
All data shared by the Member is available within the Dashboard and can be exported for secure sharing.
Personal Data Held Includes:

Email address

Phone number
-
Registration date
-
Date of birth
-
Gender
Transactional Data Includes:

Transaction history
-
Associated branch locations
To retrieve this information:

From your Dashboard, Search for the Member within the Customers section.

Review and export the relevant data as required.
If a Member requests to have their data deleted from Facilipay, please instruct them to contact support@facilipay.com directly. This ensures the deletion request is processed securely and in line with data protection requirements.
