Modify a Gift Card Balance on Clover

Merchants can adjust a customer’s gift card balance on a Clover device.

  1. On the Clover device, open the Gift Card app and enter or scan the customer’s gift card number.

  2. Select Top Up Gift Card to increase the balance or Pay With Gift Card to decrease it.

  3. Enter the amount to add or redeem and confirm — the new balance will be updated automatically.
