Online Order Payout Timeframes
Payout times for online orders depend on the payment gateway connected to your Facilipay account. Settlement timelines vary by provider and may also depend on your acquiring bank.
Judopay
Payouts can be as fast as 1 working day. However, funds are issued to your acquiring bank (e.g. AIB Merchant Services) rather than directly to your business bank account. Final settlement timing depends on how frequently your acquiring bank transfers funds to your account.
Stripe
The initial payout may take 7–14 business days to reach the connected bank account. After the first successful payout, future payouts typically arrive within 3 working days.
Authipay
Payouts are typically received within 2 working days. Funds are deposited in accordance with the bank details registered with your acquiring bank.
Clover E-Commerce
Transactions processed through Clover E-Commerce are usually paid out within 24–72 hours after the transaction batch closes. Batches generally close at the end of each day.
Tips & Best Practices
Plan around the first payout: Stripe's first payout takes longer — build that into your cash flow expectations.
Confirm acquiring bank schedules: If you use Judopay or Authipay, your acquiring bank's transfer schedule has the final say on when money lands.
