Order & Collect – Self Checkout Mode

Order & Collect mode enables fully self-service ordering on a Clover device. Customers can browse items, place orders, and complete payment without staff assistance. This is the default mode when the Self Checkout app is first installed.

When Order & Collect mode is active:

  • The app launches to a branded welcome screen.

  • A custom image can be applied upon request.

  • If no image is provided, a default display image is used.

Customers select “Let’s Go” to begin ordering.

Browse Categories and Items

Customers are presented with:

  • Categories listed on the left-hand side

  • Items displayed within the selected category

All configured item availability and time restrictions are controlled within the Facilipay Dashboard.

Any item modifiers (e.g. size, add-ons, customisations) will display during item selection.

Review Order

Once items are selected, the customer can:

  • Review their order

  • Edit items if required

  • Proceed to checkout

Complete Payment

Payment can be completed using:

  • Card payment

  • Facilipay account balance

After successful payment, the order is confirmed on screen.

Result

Customers can place and pay for orders independently using the Clover device in fully self-service mode.
