Orders Print Immediately

Get immediate notification of orders coming into your business so order flow can be managed and customer online orders coordinated with in store transactions

Step 1: Open branch settings

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click My Business
  3. Select Branches

Step 2: Select a branch

  1. Click the three dots next to the branch you want to edit
  2. Select Details

Step 3: Open ordering settings

  1. Click Ordering (top menu)
  2. Click Edit

Step 4: Set print timing

  1. Scroll to Order Print Timing
  2. Choose one of the following options:
    • Immediately
      • Orders print as soon as they are received
    • Prep Time & Immediately
      • Orders print immediately
      • A second print is triggered based on your prep time (e.g. 20 minutes)
  3. Click Save

Result

Orders will now print according to your selected timing settings.
