How to Process a Facilipay Transaction on Clover POS (Register)
Process Facilipay transactions directly through your Clover POS Register app, allowing you to debit customer accounts and cards quickly at checkout.
Before You Begin
- You must have the Facilipay app installed and active on your Clover device.
- The customer must be present with their card or QR code.
Step-by-Step: Take a Cashless Payment
Create the Order
Open the Register app on your Clover POS and add the items the customer wants to purchase.Go to Payment
Tap Pay to open the payment screen.Select Cashless Payment
Under the Other section, tap Cashless by Facilipay.Take the Payment
The Facilipay app will open automatically. Choose one of the following:- Scan the customer's QR code
- Ask the customer to tap their card on the HID/card reader
Complete the Transaction
The payment processes automatically. Once successful, a confirmation screen displays. Print a receipt if required.
Tips & Best Practices
Check balance first if needed: If a customer is unsure of their balance, you can check it without starting a sale.
Use Quick Redeem for speed: Enable Quick Redeem to bypass manual confirmation steps during high-volume periods.
