Processing a Facilipay Transaction on a Clover POS (Register)

The core processing of transactions integrated with your Clover POS, allowing you to debit customer accounts and cards

Step 1: Create the order

  1. Open the Register app on your Clover POS
  2. Add the items the customer wants to purchase

Step 2: Go to payment

  1. Tap Pay
  2. This will take you to the payment screen

Step 3: Select Cashless payment

  1. Under the Other section
  2. Tap Cashless by Facilipay

Step 4: Take the payment

  1. The Facilipay app will open automatically
  2. Choose one of the following options:
    • Scan the customer’s QR code
    • Ask the customer to tap their card on the HID/card reader

Step 5: Complete the transaction

  1. The payment will process automatically
  2. Once successful, a confirmation screen will be displayed
  3. Print a receipt if required

Result

The payment is successfully completed using Cashless by Facilipay.
