Quickly Redeem your Facilipay Payments (Clover)
Merchants can enable Quick Redeem on their Clover POS to automatically redeem a customer’s Facilipay balance when their account is scanned. This speeds up the checkout process by removing the need to manually press the Redeem button during a transaction.

On your Clover device, open the Facilipay or Loyalty app from the home screen.

Tap the settings icon within the app to open the application settings.

Locate the Quick Redeem Enabled option.

Toggle the setting on (green) to enable Quick Redeem.
Once enabled, when a customer’s account is scanned and they have sufficient balance, the payment will automatically redeem without requiring manual confirmation.
