How to Quickly Redeem Facilipay Payments on Clover

Enable Quick Redeem on your Clover POS to automatically redeem a customer's Facilipay balance when their account is scanned. This speeds up the checkout process by removing the need to manually press the Redeem button during a transaction.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to your Clover POS device with the Facilipay or Loyalty app installed.

Step-by-Step: Enable Quick Redeem

  1. Open the App
    On your Clover device, open the Facilipay or Loyalty app from the home screen.

  2. Open Settings
    Tap the Settings icon within the app to open the application settings.

  3. Locate Quick Redeem
    Find the Quick Redeem Enabled option.

  4. Toggle the Setting On
    Toggle the setting to green to enable Quick Redeem.

What Happens After You Enable

Once enabled, when a customer's account is scanned and they have sufficient balance, the payment will automatically redeem without requiring manual confirmation. This speeds up checkout in busy environments.
