Receive a Copy of Digital Gift Cards You Have Sold

Works great as a notifications for digital gift sales you have made or as a way to be able to re-issue a voucher to a customer should they not be able to locate the original

Step 1: Open Gift Card settings

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select Gift Cards

Step 2: Add a backup email

  1. In the Digital Gift Card Backup Emails field
  2. Enter the email address you want to receive copies

Result

The specified email address will receive a copy of each digital gift card sold.
