How to Redeem a Campaign Promotion (Clover POS)
Campaign promotions applied through Facilipay can be redeemed directly during checkout on Clover POS. This lets eligible customers use their special offers seamlessly at the point of sale.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to your Clover POS with the Loyalty by Facilipay app installed.
- The customer must already qualify for an active campaign.
Step-by-Step: Redeem a Campaign Promotion
Open Loyalty by Facilipay
After taking the customer's order and arriving at the Pay screen, tap Loyalty by Facilipay.Scan the Customer's Loyalty Account
In the Facilipay loyalty screen, tap Scan. Scan the customer's loyalty card or mobile app as you normally would.If the customer is eligible for a campaign promotion, available offer(s) will appear on screen. If multiple promotions are available, they're displayed in a list.
Inform the customer of their available promotion and confirm whether they want to redeem it.
Select the Promotion
Tap the promotion the customer wants to use. Clover automatically returns to the Pay screen, and the selected promotion is deducted from the order total automatically before payment is processed.
What Happens After You Apply
The customer's campaign promotion is applied, and the transaction can be completed with the discounted total.
Tips & Best Practices
Confirm with the customer: Always check the customer wants to use the promotion now — some prefer to save it.
Inform of expiry: If the promotion expires soon, mention it so they don't miss out.
