Redeem a Campaign Promotion on Clover POS
Campaign promotions applied to a customer account can be redeemed directly through the Facilipay Loyalty app on Clover POS. Eligible offers will display during checkout and can be applied before completing payment.
1) Open Loyalty at the Pay Screen
After entering the customer’s order and reaching the payment screen, tap Loyalty by Facilipay.
2) Scan the Customer Account
Tap Scan within the Loyalty app.
Scan the customer’s:
-
Physical loyalty card
-
Mobile app QR code
If the customer is eligible for a campaign promotion, the available offer(s) will display on screen.
If multiple promotions are available, they will be listed for selection.
Inform the customer of their available promotion(s) and confirm which one they would like to redeem.
3) Apply the Promotion
Tap the selected promotion.
You will automatically be returned to the payment screen.
The promotion value will be deducted from the order total before payment is processed.
Complete the transaction as normal.
Result
The selected campaign promotion is successfully applied, and the order total is adjusted before payment is taken.
