Redeem a Campaign Promotion on Clover POS

Campaign promotions applied to a customer account can be redeemed through the Facilipay Loyalty app on Clover POS. Eligible offers display during checkout and can be applied before completing payment.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to your Clover POS with the Facilipay Loyalty app installed.
  • The customer must already qualify for an active promotion.

Step-by-Step: Redeem a Promotion

  1. Open Loyalty at the Pay Screen
    After entering the customer's order and reaching the payment screen, tap Loyalty by Facilipay.

  2. Scan the Customer Account
    Tap Scan within the Loyalty app. Scan the customer's:

    • Physical loyalty card
    • Mobile app QR code

    If the customer is eligible for a campaign promotion, available offer(s) will display on screen. If multiple promotions are available, they're listed for selection.

    Inform the customer of their available promotion(s) and confirm which they want to redeem.

  3. Apply the Promotion
    Tap the selected promotion. You'll automatically be returned to the payment screen, and the promotion value is deducted from the order total before payment is processed.

    Complete the transaction as normal.


What Happens After You Apply

The selected campaign promotion is applied, and the order total is adjusted before payment is taken.

  • Confirm the customer's choice: If multiple promotions are available, let the customer pick.

  • Tell the customer the saving: Reinforcing the value of loyalty drives engagement.
