Redeem a Gift Card
Gift Cards can be redeemed directly through the payment terminal by selecting the sale option and entering the required amount.
1) Access the Main Menu
From the Welcome or Waiting For Request From Till screen, tap the screen or press any key.
The main terminal menu will display.
2) Select Sale
Using the touchscreen, select Sale from the terminal menu.
3) Enter the Redemption Amount
Enter the amount you wish to redeem from the Gift Card balance.
Select OK to proceed.
4) Complete the Transaction
Once approved:
- A merchant copy of the receipt will print.
- A customer copy will then print automatically.
After printing, the terminal will return to the Welcome / Waiting For Request From Till screen.
Result
The specified amount is successfully redeemed from the Gift Card balance, and the transaction is recorded on the terminal.
