Redeem a Gift Card on Clover Flex
Merchants can redeem a customer’s gift card balance on a Clover Flex when it is operating as a payments terminal.

On the Clover Flex home screen, open the Sale app.

Enter the transaction amount, then select Gift Card by Facilipay as the payment option.

This will open the Gift Card app. Tap the QR code icon and scan the customer’s gift card.

The linked account will appear showing the current balance, the transaction total, and the remaining balance after redemption.

Tap Redeem to complete the transaction.
