Redeem Loyalty Credit Using the Register App

Merchants can redeem a customer’s loyalty credit directly from the Register app on a Clover POS when completing a transaction.

  1. In the Register app, add items to the basket and tap Pay to proceed to the payment screen.

  2. On the tender screen, select Loyalty by Facilipay as the payment method.

  3. Capture the customer’s details by:

    1. Scanning the QR code from their app or card, or

    2. Searching by name or email address.

  4. Once the customer account appears, tap Quick Redeem to redeem the available loyalty credit against the order value.

  5. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the loyalty credit has been successfully applied, and the system will return to the Register app to complete the transaction.
