How to Redeem Loyalty Credit Using the Register App
Redeem a customer's loyalty credit directly from the Register app on a Clover POS when completing a transaction. This gives customers a fast, seamless way to use their rewards at the till.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to your Clover POS with the Register and Loyalty by Facilipay apps installed.
- Have the customer's loyalty card or QR code ready.
Step-by-Step: Redeem Loyalty Credit
Add Items and Pay
In the Register app, add items to the basket and tap Pay to proceed to the payment screen.Select Loyalty as Tender
On the tender screen, select Loyalty by Facilipay as the payment method.Capture the Customer's Details
- Scan the QR code from their app or card, or
- Search by name or email address.
Apply Quick Redeem
Once the customer account appears, tap Quick Redeem to redeem the available loyalty credit against the order value.Confirm
A confirmation message indicates the loyalty credit has been applied. The system returns to the Register app to complete the transaction.
