Refresh Gift Cards / Loyalty on Clover POS
Refreshing the Gift Card or Loyalty app on Clover ensures that recent changes made in the Facilipay system are synced to your POS device. This may be required after updates to loyalty settings, gift card configurations, or account changes.
Resolution
Clover Duo & Clover Mini
1) Open the Gift Card or Loyalty App
From the Clover home screen, open the Gift Card or Loyalty app.
You should see the screen where you can:

Scan a QR code
-
Manually enter a card number
2) Refresh the App
Locate the Refresh icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
The icon appears as two circular arrows.
Tap the icon.
The app will close and automatically reopen after a few seconds, syncing the latest updates.
Clover Flex
1) Open the Gift Card or Loyalty App
From the Clover home screen, open the Gift Card or Loyalty app.
You should see the screen with the option to scan a QR code or manually enter a card number.
2) Open the Side Menu
Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen.
This will open the side menu.
3) Refresh / Sync
Locate the Refresh / Sync icon near the bottom of the menu (two circular arrows).
Tap the icon.
The app will close and reopen after a few seconds, syncing any recent changes.
Result
The Gift Card or Loyalty app is refreshed and updated with the latest changes from the Facilipay system.
