Remove Products from the Basket (Facilipay Register on PAX)
Items can be removed from an active order in Facilipay Register on a PAX device. This allows staff to adjust orders in real time if a customer changes their selection.
Resolution
1) Open the Basket
On the PAX Register screen, tap Basket when multiple items are present in the order.
This will display all items currently added to the transaction.
2) Remove a Single Item
Locate the item you want to remove.
Tap the minus (-) symbol beside the product until the quantity reduces to 0.
The item will be removed from the basket.
3) Clear the Entire Basket (Optional)
To remove all items from the order:

Tap the bin icon in the top right corner.
To return to the Register screen, tap the back arrow in the top left.
Result
The selected item(s) are removed from the active order, and the basket reflects the updated transaction total.
