How to Resend a Digital Voucher
Resend a digital voucher using the receipt email generated at the time of purchase. This lets you send the voucher again if the original recipient didn't receive it or if the email address needs to be corrected.
Before You Begin
- You'll need access to the original voucher receipt email (typically in the backup email inbox or purchaser's inbox).
- Confirm the correct recipient email before resending.
Step-by-Step: Resend a Digital Voucher
Locate the Receipt Email
Find the voucher receipt email that was sent when the voucher was purchased. This is typically in the backup email address or the purchaser's inbox.Open the Receipt
Open the receipt email and click the Resend Digital Voucher button.Enter the Recipient Email
Enter the email address where you want the voucher to be sent. This can be the same recipient or a different address if the original email was incorrect.Confirm Resend
Click Resend Digital Gift to confirm the action.
What Happens After You Resend
The voucher is sent again to the email address provided. The customer can then redeem it as normal.
