Resend a Digital Voucher

Merchants or customers can resend a digital voucher using the receipt email generated at the time of purchase. This allows the voucher to be sent again if the original recipient did not receive it or if the email address needs to be corrected.

  1. Locate the voucher receipt email that was sent when the voucher was purchased. This will typically be found in the backup email address or the purchaser’s inbox.

  2. Open the receipt email and click the Resend Digital Voucher button.

  3. Enter the email address where you want the voucher to be sent. This can be the same recipient or a different address if the original email was incorrect.

  4. Click Resend Digital Gift to confirm the action.

  5. The voucher will now be sent again to the email address provided.
