Search Past Orders in the Order Ahead App
Merchants can search for previously placed orders directly within the Order Ahead app on a Clover device. This allows staff to quickly locate orders for customers who are collecting pre-orders or to review previously completed transactions.

Open the Order Ahead app on your Clover device.

Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Search through Accepted or Completed Orders by entering the customer’s name or email address.

The system will automatically display all orders associated with the information entered.
This allows you to quickly find past orders and confirm details when customers arrive to collect their orders.
