Self Checkout Modes

The Facilipay Self Checkout App supports multiple modes to best suit your business requirements.

1) Order & Collect

Best suited for fully unattended environments, this mode allows 100% self-service ordering from the Clover device.

This is the default mode when the app is first installed.

Customers will see a branded welcome screen. After selecting “Let’s Go”, they can:

  • Browse categories listed on the left-hand side
  • View items within the selected category
  • Select items and apply any configured modifiers

Once finished, customers can:

  • Review their order
  • Edit items if required
  • Proceed to payment

Payment can be completed using:

  • Card
  • Facilipay account balance

After successful payment, the order confirmation screen will display.


2) Scan & Go

Ideal for office canteens or retail outlets.

This mode turns the Clover device into an unattended scanner, allowing customers to:

  • Scan items into a basket
  • Review their selected items
  • Pay using card or Facilipay account

This provides a fast and efficient self-checkout experience.


3) Donations Mode

Designed for cashless donation collection.

This mode displays:

  • Preset donation amounts
  • A custom amount option

Customers can select an amount and complete payment using card or Facilipay balance.
