How to Send Digital Vouchers Using the Merchant App

Digital Vouchers can be sent directly from the Facilipay Merchant App on your iOS or Android device. Follow the steps below to issue a Digital Voucher to a customer.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need an iOS or Android device with the Facilipay Merchant App installed.
  • Have the recipient's name and email ready.

Step-by-Step: Send a Digital Voucher

  1. Download the Merchant App
    If you haven't already installed the app:

    • Download the Facilipay Merchant App from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
    • Search for Facilipay.
    • The app is free to download.

  2. Log In
    Open the app. Log in using your business portal credentials.

  3. Select Send Digital Voucher
    From the home screen:

    • Tap the three grey dots in the bottom right corner.
    • Select Send Digital Voucher.

  4. Enter Voucher Value
    Input the voucher amount you wish to send.

  5. Enter Recipient Details
    Enter:

    • Recipient's name
    • Recipient's email address
    • Optional message (if required)

  6. Send the Voucher
    Tap Send. The Digital Voucher will be delivered to the recipient's email inbox shortly.

Important Note

If the recipient does not see the voucher in their inbox, ask them to check their Spam or Junk folder. If it can't be located, contact support@facilipay.io and the voucher can be reissued or resent.
