Set a Voucher as Single-Use or Multi-Use

Merchants can configure whether a voucher is single-use (redeemable for a specific product or service) or multi-use (redeemable against any purchase). This setting affects how the voucher can be redeemed and how it is treated in tax reporting.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Navigate to Inventory > Products.

  3. Locate the Experience Voucher you want to configure. You can use the search bar to find the product.

  4. Click the voucher to open the Product Details page.

  5. Find the field “Is it a Revenue Based Product?”.

  6. Select the appropriate option:

    1. Yes: The voucher is a Single-Use Voucher (redeemable for a specific product or service, e.g. Afternoon Tea).

    2. No: The voucher is a Multi-Use Voucher (redeemable for any amount or purchase).

  7. Click Save to apply the changes.

Note: For experience-based vouchers designed for a specific service (e.g., spa treatment, dinner package), ensure “Is monetary” is not selected and Revenue Based Product = Yes.
