Setting up a Delivery Charge

Offering delivery will drive up the running costs of the business. Adding a delivery fee gives you a way to offset while continuing to offer service to more customers

1) From the homepage of your Facilipay Dashboard click on My Business the Branches.

2) Click onto the 3 dots next to the branch you want to add a delivery charge to

3) Click on Details

4) From the new page click on Ordering from the top menu.

5)  Now you'll see the option for Delivery, click on this and then Edit

6) From the new box on screen look for the Delivery Fee field and enter the amount you want to charge. No click save

This fee will now be applied to all orders places dune the Delivery dispatch method.
