Setting up Digital Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards enable customers send their friends and loved ones digital Gift Cards immediately from your website, social media and other channels. The vouchers are received via email and contain a unique reference QR to scan and redeem.

Step 1: Open online payment settings

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select Online Payments

Step 2: Connect a payment provider

  1. Choose one of the available payment providers
  2. Click Connect
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup

Note: Each provider has its own connection process.

Step 3: Access company details

  1. Click My Business
  2. Select Company Details

Step 4: Find your gift card link

  1. Locate your Digital Gift Card link at the top of the page

Result

Your payment gateway is connected, and your digital gift card link is ready to use.
