How to Set Up Digital Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards let customers send their friends and loved ones gift cards instantly from your website, social media, and other channels. Vouchers are received via email and contain a unique reference QR to scan and redeem.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged into the Facilipay Dashboard with admin access.
  • Have a payment provider chosen (or ready to connect) before starting.

Step-by-Step: Set Up Digital Gift Cards

  1. Open Online Payment Settings

    1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
    2. Click Settings
    3. Select Online Payments
  2. Connect a Payment Provider

    1. Choose one of the available payment providers
    2. Click Connect
    3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup

    Note: Each provider has its own connection process.

  3. Access Company Details
    Click My Business, then select Company Details.

  4. Find Your Gift Card Link
    Locate your Digital Gift Card link at the top of the page.


What Happens After You Save

Your payment gateway is connected and your digital gift card link is ready to use. Customers can purchase digital gift cards from your website or social channels.
