Split Payments in Cashless: Blocking and Configuration
Some locations may choose to block the Register's split payment functionality in the Cashless app. This article explains what happens when split payments are blocked and how to enable variable limits.
Overview
Some locations may choose to block the Register's split payment functionality in the Cashless app. When this is activated, Cashless will display a notification at the till and only allow the full outstanding amount to be paid.
Variable Limits
Alternatively, a variable limit of up to £5.00 can be set, with the remaining balance taken by another payment method. The cashier is notified of this limit during the transaction with an on-screen prompt.
