Turn Off Online Ordering
Online Ordering can be disabled when a branch is temporarily unable to accept orders. This may be required due to operational issues, temporary closures, maintenance, staffing shortages, or planned downtime.
1) Access Branch Settings
From your Facilipay Dashboard, open the left-hand menu and select My Business.
From the dropdown menu, click Branches.
The list of available branches will display.
2) Select the Branch
Click on the branch name where Online Ordering needs to be disabled.
The Branch Details page will open.
3) Open Ordering Settings
Select the Ordering tab.
Click Edit to modify the ordering configuration.
4) Disable Online Ordering
Locate the Available for Ordering toggle.
Switch the toggle from green to grey to disable Online Ordering.
A dropdown menu will appear requesting confirmation of when ordering should resume.
Select the appropriate option:

Choosing “Until Re-enabled” will keep Online Ordering disabled until it is manually turned back on.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Result
Online Ordering is disabled for the selected branch and will remain unavailable based on the selected re-enable option.
