Unable to Log In to the Business Dashboard

If you are an existing merchant and unable to access your Facilipay Business Dashboard, this guide walks you through the steps to reset your password and regain access.

Before You Begin

Your Business Dashboard login credentials are typically the same as those used for your ePOS system. If you are having trouble logging in, first ensure that:

  • You are using the correct registered email address.
  • Your password is entered correctly (check for capital letters or spaces).

Step-by-Step: Reset Your Password

  1. Open the Forgot Password Option
    Select Forgot Password on the login page.

  2. Enter Your Registered Email Address
    Enter the email address associated with your Facilipay account.

  3. Follow the Reset Email
    Open the reset email and follow the instructions to create a new password.


Still Unable to Log In

If you are still unable to access your account after resetting your password, contact support@facilipay.io. Please include:

  • Your business name
  • The registered email address
  • A brief description of the issue
