Understanding Your Customers Export
The Customers Export lets you download a report of your full customer database. Each column in the file represents a different field associated with customer accounts, helping you analyse your customer base, review balances, and filter account information as needed.
Before You Begin
- You must have already exported your customer list from the Facilipay Business Portal. (See How to Export a List of Your Customers.)
- Open the file in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to view the columns.
