Understanding Your Customers Export

The Customers Export allows merchants to download a report containing their customer database. Once exported, the file can be opened in Excel or Google Sheets, where each column represents a different field associated with customer accounts. This export helps businesses analyse their customer base, review balances, and filter account information as needed.

When you open the exported file, you will see several column headings. Each column represents a specific data field associated with customer accounts.

  • ID – Internal identifier used by Facilipay to reference the customer account.

  • Name – Full name associated with the customer account.

  • First Name – Customer’s first name.

  • Last Name – Customer’s last name.

  • Email – Email address linked to the customer’s account.

  • Username – The original card ID associated with the account.

  • Status – Indicates whether the account is active or disabled:

    • 1 = Active

    • 0 = Disabled

  • Nickname – Optional nickname assigned to the account.

  • Phone_Number – Customer’s phone number, if it has been provided.

  • Date_Birth – The customer’s recorded date of birth.

  • Date_Add – The date the account was first associated with your business.

  • Date_Edit – The most recent date the account was updated.

  • Account_Number – Lists all card IDs currently linked to the account. Multiple numbers indicate that multiple cards are linked.

  • Gender – Customer’s selected gender, if provided.

  • Card_Brand – Shows the brand of a payment card linked to the account (for example Visa or Mastercard).

  • Expiry_Date – Expiry date of the linked payment card.

  • Cash_Balance – The available balance a customer has to spend with your business.

  • Stamp_Balance – The number of loyalty stamps currently available on the account.

  • Role_Name – Displays the role assigned to the customer (if roles are used for segmentation or campaigns).

These fields allow merchants to filter and analyse customer information to better understand account activity and customer engagement.
